About Us

The Dwaarkill Study Center, named after the stream that runs through the property, is located on the 100 acre campus of Chapel Field Christian Schools in Pine Bush, NY.  We are located along the Shawangunk Ridge in the historic Hudson Valley, just a short two hour drive  or train ride from New York City.  

The Dwaarkill Study Center was established in 2013 in order to provide the Hudson Valley with a venue for continuing adult Christian education.  We offer classes and lectures on a wide range of subjects in Bible, theology, philosophy, history, apologetics, and many others. As the apostle Paul commands, we are to “take every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5).

It is, therefore, our goal to demonstrate how the Lordship of Jesus Christ applies to every aspect of human life.  We encourage our students to be intentional about approaching their lives in a Christocentric way, one that is continually transformed by the renewing of their minds to guard themselves from conformity to the pattern of the world.  We invite you to come and attend our classes and lectures if you are in the area or to check out our catalog of resources.
